Alan Barrington
Vice President of Human Resources

Mr. Barrington joined Heartland in May, 2009 as Vice President of Human Resources. Alan has 25 years of Human Resources experience including executive level positions with prominent retailers and service organizations such as Service Merchandise, CarMax, The News Group, and Dean & DeLuca.

Alan received his bachelor’s degree in Communications from Oral Roberts University and has earned his SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) Certification.
